Duty Description
- Coordinates and manages support of religious observances; assesses support needs, formulates plans, and
prioritizes use of available resources to support chaplain ministry including: worship services, liturgies, rites
- Manages and implements support of chaplain assistants through mentoring, training, supervision, leadership
- Applies knowledge of religious cultures, suicide/crisis intervention, and critical incident stress management as RST
- Pairs w/Wg Chaplain as SRST f/unit engagement, advises Wing leaders on ethical matters & AFI/compliance rqmts
