JOB DESCRIPTION


- Manages 11 pgms to support 4 Groups/16 Wing Staff Agencies/18 msn partners/5.3K prsnl/63 KC-135 acft worth $4.2B
- Assists in arranging travel/lodging, coordinating itineraries and preparing trip folders for Wing/Vice Wing Commander
- Directs Wg suspense tracking/wrkflow mgmt using the Task Mgmt Tool; coords directly w/AMC/HAF f/task execution

- Serves as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/senior ldrshp for administrative support programs
- Provides quality reviews & revision control over awards, decorations, squadron correspondence, and TMT taskings
- Administers Unit Fitness/Drug Demand/Defense Travel System/EPR/OPR program for 240 assigned SFS members
- Maintains visibility, tracking, and coordination of responses to HHQ, Wg, and Gp taskings; ensures suspenses are met

- Provides administration guidance & assists 4 divisions/38 Total Force members in Mobility Management directorate
